  • Available to students aged 18 and over only who are currently attending college or university.

  • First-time Jayde Studio customers only – you must not have previously attended a class with us.

  • Your first class is completely free.

  • To claim your free class, email admin@jaydespa.com from your official college or university email address.

  • We will add your free class credit to your Jayde Studio account. You can then use the app to book your preferred class.

  • One free class per student. You can choose from:

    • Reformer Pilates

    • Mat Pilates

    • Hot Pilates

    • Reformer x Burn

    • Strength & Sculpt

    • Just Dumbbells

    • Yoga

Birthday Bundle – Terms & Conditions

Who can purchase?

·        The Birthday Bundle is available to Legacie residents and non-Legacie residents aged 18+.

·        One Birthday Bundle per person.

What's included?

·        The Birthday Bundle costs £99.

·        You can book one Reformer Pilates class per day.

·        You can also book as many of our other studio classes as you like, subject to availability. These include Hot Pilates, Mat Pilates, Just Dumbbells, Strength & Sculpt, and Yoga.

·        All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

When can I buy and use my pass?

·        Birthday Bundles can be purchased through the Jayde Studio App on Saturday 19 September and Sunday 20 September 2026 only, subject to availability.

·        Your pass starts from the date of purchase, and all usage must be completed by Sunday 18 October 2026.

·        Passes cannot be extended beyond this date.

Please note – our 24-hour cancellation policy

Our classes have limited spaces, and we want to make sure as many people as possible can attend. Late cancellations and no-shows can prevent another customer from taking that space.

Please only book a class if you’re confident you can attend.

·        You can cancel or reschedule your class at least 24 hours before the class start time with no penalty.

·        If you cancel within 24 hours of your class start time, a £10 late cancellation fee will apply.

·        If you don't attend your booked class, a £10 no-show fee will apply.

·        Repeated late cancellations/no-shows may also result in a temporary booking restriction. 

For example: If your class starts at 5.30pm on Tuesday, you need to cancel or reschedule by 5.30pm on Monday to avoid the £10 fee.

Plans changed?

We completely understand that plans can change. If you know you can’t make your class, please cancel as soon as possible so we have the best chance of offering the space to someone else. If you need to make a change within 24 hours of your class, the £10 late cancellation policy will still apply. If you’d like to move to another class on the same day, please contact the studio and we’ll always do our best to help, subject to availability.

Other important terms

·        Birthday Bundles are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offer or promotion.

·        Bookings are subject to class availability.

·        We may occasionally need to change class times or the timetable. We’ll always aim to keep you informed of any changes.
