MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Overview

1.1. Membership at Jayde Spa Liverpool Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Spa") entitles members to use the facilities and participate in activities in accordance with the type of membership purchased.

1.2. By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Types

2.1. The Spa offers various membership types, each with specific benefits and access levels. Details of each membership type are available at the Spa and on our website.

2.2. The Spa reserves the right to modify membership types, benefits, and pricing at any time.

3. Membership Fees

3.1. Membership fees are payable monthly or annually in advance, depending on the membership plan chosen.

3.2. All fees are inclusive of VAT and are non-refundable.

3.3. Membership fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

4. Payment Methods

4.1. Payment can be made by direct debit, credit card, or debit card. Cash and cheques are not accepted for membership fees.

4.2. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their payment details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available for each payment.

5. Cancellation and Suspension

5.1. Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days’ notice to the Spa. If a member chooses to cancel a membership in the middle of a billing cycle, they will still be charged for the next scheduled payment installment. The membership will remain active for 30 days following that payment, after which your membership will officially end.

5.2. The Spa reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership without notice if a member breaches these terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately within the Spa.

5.3. Membership cancellations will only be processed if the member’s account is fully up to date with no outstanding payments. Any overdue balances must be settled before the 30-day notice period can begin.

6. Use of Facilities

6.1. Membership entitles members to use the facilities during the Spa’s operating hours and in accordance with their membership type.

6.2. Members must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Spa staff regarding the use of facilities and equipment.

6.3. The Spa reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities or activities due to maintenance, events, or other reasons.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Members are required to complete a health questionnaire before using the facilities.

7.2. Members must inform the Spa of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their use of the facilities.

7.3. The Spa is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that arise from using the facilities. Members are advised to seek medical advice before undertaking any treatments or exercise programmes.

8. Personal Belongings

8.1. Members are responsible for their personal belongings while at the Spa. The Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8.2. Lockers are provided for temporary use during visits and must be emptied after each use.

9. Conduct

9.1. Members are expected to behave respectfully towards other members and staff at all times.

9.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership.

9.3. Members must adhere to the Spa’s code of conduct, which is available on our website and at the Spa.

10. Guest Policy

10.1. Members may bring guests to the Spa in accordance with their membership type. Guest passes may be subject to an additional fee.

10.2. Guests must adhere to the same rules and regulations as members and complete a health questionnaire before using the facilities.

10.3. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while at the Spa.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. The Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11.2. Members will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via the Spa's website or in writing.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.


Jayde Spa – Child Access Policy for Legacie Residents and Jayde Spa Members


Registration & Consent
All Legacie Residents and Jayde Spa Members must agree to the Jayde Spa Terms & Conditions when registering through the Jayde Spa App. If you plan to bring your child/children to the Spa, you’ll also need to review and accept our Children’s Terms & Conditions. In addition, a Child Registration Form must be completed by a parent or guardian for each child prior to using any of the facilities.

Child Access Guidelines

Who Can Bring Children?

Only Legacie Residents and Jayde Spa Members may bring children aged 5 years and older to the Spa. Children are welcome free of charge but must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult resident (18+).

Supervision Policy
    •    A single adult may supervise no more than two children at a time.
    •    Children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a Legacie Resident over 18 years old.
    •    Once a child turns 16, they may visit the Spa as a guest and pay the applicable guest fee according to the resident's membership type.
Behaviour Expectations
Children must behave in a calm and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Facility Restrictions (For Safety):
    •    Jacuzzi Pool: Allowed for children aged 5–16 with adult supervision.
    •    Sauna & Steam Room:
    •    Children under 12 are not permitted.
    •    Children aged 12–16 may use these areas with adult supervision and must adhere to recommended time limits.
    •    Cold Plunge: Not permitted for anyone under 16.
    •    Items such as snorkels, masks, fins, flippers, and inflatables are not allowed in the jacuzzi pool.

Hygiene & Safety
    •    All users must shower and use the toilet before entering the spa facilities.
    •    Do not bring children with contagious illnesses into the Spa.
    •    Be mindful—while we clean and dry the floors regularly, they may still be slippery due to frequent use. Please walk with caution.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety, conduct, and personal belongings. Jayde Spa is not liable for accidents or lost items.

Child Booking & Availability

How to Book
Children's sessions cannot be booked via the Jayde Spa App. Bookings are available on the day, subject to availability. Please speak to a staff member at the Spa Lounge Reception to check for space and register your child.
Note: We do our best to provide access, but we cannot guarantee availability on the day.

Permitted Child Entry Hours


Weekdays (Mon–Fri):
    •    Ages 5–16: 10:00am–12:00pm and 4:00pm–6:00pm
    •    From 6:00pm onward, access is limited to those aged 12+
Weekends (Sat–Sun):
    •    Ages 5–16: 11:00am–2:00pm
    •    From 2:00pm onward, access is limited to those aged 12+
Please note: Permitted hours may be changed at any time for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons. We will always aim to notify residents in advance via notices displayed in the Spa Lounge Reception area.

Changing Facilities


Jayde Spa provides male, female, and accessible changing rooms with showers and toilets.
    •    Children over the age of 8 must use the changing rooms that correspond with their sex.
    •    Children aged 8 and older may use the changing rooms without supervision.
    •    Children are not permitted in opposite-sex changing rooms after their 8th birthday.

Lockers are available for personal use. However, we recommend avoiding bringing valuables, as the Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items—even when stored in lockers.
