Treatment Location

All treatments are delivered in our private therapy room at Jayde Spa, located on the 17th floor of Parliament Square Apartments, 8 Crump Street, Liverpool, L1 0DQ (Baltic Triangle).

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to complete your consultation form and unwind before your session.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or a shorter alternative.

Upgrade Your Experience

Enhance your visit by adding 2-hour spa access for £30 per person, payable on arrival.
Enjoy our rooftop spa with luxury jacuzzi. sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and serene spa lounge.
Upgrades are subject to availability on the day of your booking. You’ll be asked to download the Jayde Spa App on arrival to register.

What to Bring

• Robes, towels and slippers are available to hire.

• Bring swimwear if you are using spa facilities.

• Changing rooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

Valuables

Lockers are provided, but we recommend leaving valuables at home. Jayde Spa cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Spa Etiquette

We ask all guests to help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere:

• Keep noise to a minimum

• Use silent mode on devices

• Respect privacy in all aeras -Filming and photography are not permitted in the changing areas

• Jayde Spa is a smoke- and vape-free zone

Cancellations

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a treatment or spa session.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged in full.

• Refunds are only offered for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance or if the spa cancels your session.
